Summary

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, SSO and Other Third Party Vendors.).
Develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Configure ServiceNow flows, Workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs to meet business requirements.
Maintain and support existing ServiceNow integrations and troubleshoot integration issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and other developers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise integration architecture.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow integrations, data flows, and custom development.
Ensure adherence to coding and security standards.
Knowledge and hands-on with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Chatbot workflow creation and configuration.
