Job Description Summary

  • The Senior Manager, Communications & Change Management leads strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change initiatives that enable successful adoption of digital transformation programs across the India Southwest Asia (INSWA), Japan & South Korea (JSK), and Greater China & Mongolia (GCM) regions. This role serves as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, Product teams, HR, and Global Digital Services, ensuring transformation initiatives are effectively communicated, understood, and embedded within business operations and culture.

  • The Senior Manager develops and drives integrated communication and change strategies that support enterprise transformation, strengthen organizational readiness, and accelerate adoption of new technologies, data capabilities, and ways of working across diverse regional environments. This role also helps align transformation priorities across multiple stakeholder groups while fostering engagement, collaboration, and capability development.

  • Success in this role requires strong executive communication,change leadership, stakeholder influence, and strategic planning capabilities, along with the ability to operate effectively across complex, matrixed, and multicultural environments.

  • Partner with senior business leaders, Product teams, HR, and Global Digital Services to align communication and change priorities with enterprise and regional transformation objectives.

  • Develop and oversee integrated communication plans, executive messaging, leadership presentations, stakeholder engagement campaigns, and adoption initiatives that drive awareness, alignment, and business readiness.

  • Lead stakeholder engagement and organizational alignment efforts across regional and global teams, including stakeholder mapping, executive governance, andchangechampion networks.

  • Direct organizational readiness assessments, change impact analyses, adoption planning, and resistance management strategies across complex transformation initiatives.

  • Provide strategic communications counsel and executive messaging support for senior leadership related to transformation priorities, business updates, and organizational change initiatives.

  • Partner with HR and Learning teams to drive capability-building, digital fluency, and workforce readiness initiatives across supported regions.

  • Establish and promote communication and change management standards, best practices, templates, and governance processes to improve consistency and scalability.

  • Monitor communication effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and sustained business impact.

  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment across business, digital, HR, and product organizations to support successful transformation outcomes.

Brings strong executive presence, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and expertise in driving organizational readiness and adoption within complex, matrixed environments.

  • Skilled at building alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and translating transformation strategies into actionable communication andchangeinitiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in communications, change management, organizational effectiveness, transformation, consulting, HR, or related fields.

  • Proven experience leading communication and change management strategies for large-scale digital or business transformation initiatives.

  • Experience supporting regional and/or global organizations across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.

  • Strong executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational influence skills.

  • Experience developing enterprise communication strategies, adoption programs, and organizational readiness initiatives.

  • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations with diverse business, cultural, and regional dynamics.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience using KPIs, employee insights, and adoption metrics to measure effectiveness.

  • Experience partnering effectively with HR, Product, Digital, and business leadership teams.

  • Familiarity with organizational change methodologies such asProsci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and enterprise collaboration tools.
