Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical design, configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce CRM to support insurance business processes including submission creation, triage, clearance, and lead tracking.
Architect, execute, and maintain client unification solutions (deduplication, client identity and hierarchy management, customer MDM) using Salesforce and enterprise data governance platforms.
Integrate MDM and data governance technologies and processes into Salesforce and connected enterprise systems, ensuring data quality, ownership, lineage, and stewardship.
Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary technical team consisting of developers, solution architects, QA engineers, and integration specialists.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT partners to capture requirements and translate business objectives into scalable technical outcomes.
Oversee and design complex integrations between Salesforce and insurance core systems, including Policy Administration, rating, claims management, broker portals, and third-party solutions.
Ensure the CRM platform s ongoing performance, security, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
Champion best practices in Salesforce configuration, custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce), data modeling, and integration patterns.
Develop robust technical documentation, system and process architecture diagrams, and operational/implementation plans.
Act as primary technical escalation point for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and change management support.
