Job Description/ Responsibilities

The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for design, development, maintenance, administration, and continuous improvement of CSM solutions and help provide best practices of the ServiceNow platform. Additionally, this role is also responsible for assisting with the customer onboarding platform level inputs for the migration of the customers current Client Onboarding platform - Connex into ServiceNow CSM. The architect will Lead the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise Service Management solutions using ServiceNow. The successful candidate will be accountable for technical solutions proposed/implemented and all changes pushed to production. This is a SME/Subject matter expert role.

Required Qualifications
10+ years experience and proven specialization in ServiceNow implementation with minimum 3 years of experience working as an Architect for ServiceNow CSM.
Comfortable in working in a high-paced work environment and can adapt to rapidly changing business drivers.
Software architecture & design experience.
Knowledge and experience of Infrastructure Operations, Cloud migration, AI and RPA required.
Experience with creating workflows in ServiceNow, Remedy or similar experience
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into automated workflow-based solutions
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM)
