About the Role:
We are looking for a SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) Administrator to support and enhance enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role focuses on implementation, administration, and governance within SailPoint''s cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the SailPoint Identity Now (ISC) environment
- Manage user lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes)
- Configure and maintain access provisioning and de-provisioning workflows
- Perform application onboarding and integration with enterprise systems
- Support identity governance, certification campaigns, and compliance requirements
- Troubleshoot provisioning, aggregation, and access issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather IAM requirements and implement solutions
- Work with IT teams to integrate systems like Active Directory, HRMS, and cloud apps
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC)
- Experience with:
- Identity provisioning & governance
- Application integrations and connectors
- Good understanding of:
- Azure Active Directory
- LDAP / Active Directory
- Familiarity with authentication protocols:
- Basic experience with Java/JEE (for customization/support)
- Experience with ITSM tools like:
Nice to Have:
- Experience integrating with HR systems (Workday, SAP, etc.)
- Knowledge of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
- Exposure to IAM tools like Okta or Oracle IAM
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs
