• We are seeking a senior SAP FICO Architect with 10+ years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA. The candidate should have strong functional expertise in finance and controlling processes, solution design experience, and the ability to lead workshops with business teams. Preferred location: Dallas, TX. Experience working in large, complex environments is required

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FICO solutions across business functions.
• Work extensively on SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems to deliver scalable and efficient financial solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Drive end-to-end solution design for Finance and Controlling (FICO) processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.
• Conduct workshops, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions with business and technical teams.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices for SAP FICO implementations and enhancements.
• Ensure integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective resolutions in large-scale environments.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership in project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO with strong hands-on expertise.
• Proven experience working with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Deep functional knowledge of finance and controlling processes.
• Strong experience in solution architecture and system design.
• Ability to lead client workshops and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.
