Pay Range: $65 - $73/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance Workday Extend applications to meet defined business requirements
- Build, support, and troubleshoot integrations using Workday Studio, APIs, EIB, XML, and XSLT
- Develop and maintain Workday Reports supporting operational and business use cases
- Participate in end-to-end SDLC activities, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Work directly with end users and business teams to clarify requirements and deliver solutions efficiently
- Follow Workday best practices for security, performance, and maintainability
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and documentation during the contract term
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: workday studio, Workday extend, XML and XSLT, SDLC.
- 3 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Extend development
- Strong experience with:
- Workday Studio
- Workday Reports
- EIB
- APIs
- XML and XSLT
- RaaS
- Solid understanding of Workday integration architecture and enterprise systems
- Experience delivering solutions in an SDLC-based or Agile environment
- Proven ability to collaborate with business users and technical teams in a fast-paced environment
- Software development experience using Python, Java or C#
- Experience with Workday Orchestrate
- Prior experience supporting production Workday environments
- Familiarity with enterprise security and data governance standards
- Focused on hands-on delivery and execution
- Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up
- Strong communication and documentation skills required
