We are looking for an experienced Workday Talent Management Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Talent & Performance modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Workday HCM with a focus on talent processes, performance management, and employee development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Workday HCM, with strong focus on Talent Management
Hands-on experience with Performance & Goal Management,Succession Planning and Talent Calibration
Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework (BPF)
Experience in Workday configuration, reporting, and security
Ability to conduct workshops and stakeholder discussions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and client-facing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday Certification in HCM or Talent Management
Experience in Workday implementations or support projects
Knowledge of Workday integrations (basic understanding)
Experience working in Agile/Hybrid delivery models
