Required Skills: Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Workday Time Management Functional Consultant to design, configure, and support Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in time tracking, scheduling, leave management, and compliance with labor policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Workday HCM, with strong focus on Time Management
Hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules,Time Calculations and Scheduling,Business Process Framework (BPF) and Reporting & Calculated Fields
Strong understanding of timekeeping, attendance, and leave policies
Experience working with payroll integrations and compliance requirements
Experience with EIBs and data loads
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday Certification in Time Tracking and/or Absence Management
Experience in end-to-end Workday implementations
Exposure to Workday Payroll or third-party payroll systems
Knowledge of global time and labor regulations
