Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Core HR / HCM Functional Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Workday Core HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in core HR processes, data management, and Workday system configuration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Workday HCM, with strong focus on Core HR
Hands-on experience with:
Workday Core HCM configuration Business Process Framework (BPF) Security configuration (roles, domains, policies) and Reporting & Calculated Fields
Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes (Hire to Retire)
Experience with EIBs and data migration activities
Ability to conduct workshops and stakeholder interactions
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday HCM Certification (Core HR)
Experience in end-to-end Workday implementations
Exposure to Workday integrations (Studio, Core Connectors, etc.)
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
