Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Design, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud components, workflows, and artifacts to support enterprise IAM requirements.
Develop and integrate Java-based REST web services and APIs to enable identity governance, provisioning, and access management capabilities.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve SailPoint configuration, integration, migration, and application-related issues.
Develop automation solutions, prepare API and functional test cases, execute testing activities, and support implementation and migration deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Experience designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and migrating SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud artifacts.
Experience with Java programming, REST web services, API integrations, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Experience supporting identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, enterprise directory integrations, and application testing.
Technical Skills:
SailPoint IdentityNow, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Java, REST Web Services, IAM, API Development, Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ, ServiceNow, Postman
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM), identity governance, access provisioning, authentication, and authorization processes.
Experience managing identity lifecycle activities, including user onboarding, role changes, access requests, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
Experience integrating identity governance solutions with enterprise directories, business applications, and IT service management processes.
Experience supporting secure enterprise access controls, identity compliance, access reviews, and automated identity management workflows.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
Certification Required
SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Certification.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including Lifecycle Manager, and integration with Active Directory environments.
Experience with ServiceNow, Visual Studio, Postman, and enterprise application integration and troubleshooting.
Experience developing automation solutions and supporting API testing, migration validation, and test execution.
