Position Title: Senior Salesforce Developer – Health Cloud
Location: Tysons Corner, VA (Preferred Local Candidates)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong Health Cloud expertise to join our team in Tysons Corner, VA. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions in support of healthcare and patient engagement initiatives.
This role requires deep technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex development, Lightning Web Components, and integrations, along with hands-on experience in healthcare domain implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to junior developers
• Build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
• Configure and customize Health Cloud features including:
• Care Plans
• Care Teams
• Patient 360
• Utilization Management
• Provider Network Management
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HL7/FHIR standards
• Implement data migration and data quality solutions
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy standards
• Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce Health Cloud implementation experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce Flows & Process Automation
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external healthcare systems (EHR/EMR)
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or healthcare interoperability standards
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, or similar)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data model design
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certifications:
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional
• Salesforce Application/System Architect (plus)
• Healthcare or payer/provider industry experience
• Experience working in federal or state healthcare environments
• Local to Tysons Corner, VA (strongly preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor''s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
