Job Description
We are seeking an Aerospace Production Certification Assessor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electrical systems, seal application, aircraft assembly, and structure drilling with fastener installation and a proven ability to accurately evaluate skills, administer assessments, and uphold aerospace compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and administer complex hands-on and theoretical evaluation systems.
- Assess aerospace industry courseware evaluations across multiple client engagements.
- Multi-task effectively with numerous clients simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace in complex industrial environments.
- Communicate updates, issues, and questions to the manager in a timely manner.
- Stay current with aerospace and compliance requirements while delivering high customer service.
- Enter grades and attendance with 100% accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Skill sets in one or more of the following: electrical, bond and ground, seal application, aircraft assembly, structure drilling, fastener and rivet installation, production standards, power and hand tool usage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software.
- Flexibility to perform duties on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift across Everett to Puyallup.
- US persons status required per client policy.
Preferred Skills:
- 1-3 years of training, leadership, or management experience.
- Experience working in aerospace production or certification environments.

Additional Details
- Business casual dress code for interviews and work.
- Temps expected to work approximately 32 hours per week depending on client demand.
- Mileage reimbursement for qualifying commutes. Expense submission required.
- Drug screen: 8 Panel - Standard Mandatory. Background: First Advantage Basic Package.
- Max candidate pay rate: $32.00 per hour. Max bill rate: $43.20 per hour.
- Business Professional labor type. Hours per day: 8.
