Role: Business System Analyst
Location: Seattle, WA
Qualifications:
Senior Business System Analyst with over 5+ years of experience supporting IT projects within
an enterprise environment (1000+ employees). Ability to work with multiple cross-functional
teams in an agile environment.
2+ projects working as a BA on a POS solution end to end. Must have experience working with
gateways/processors. Payment experience is a must in order to understand the complexity of
the environment.
2+ projects (end to end) working with data integrations (APIs, files) - must demonstrate the
ability to analyze cross-functional flows and understand functional flows in SaaS applications.
Experience creating technical specifications and documentation for large, complex projects
Strong understanding of retail systems, including POS, inventory management, and e-commerce
platforms.
Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
Knowledge of various project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation, Container Management, Application
Performance Engineering, monitoring, alerting, AWS Services and Architecture
Ability to determine estimates of effort and impacts for a variety of solutions and influence
technical discussions and decisions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous tasks and to
coordinate activities with a high sense of urgency
Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation, verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills including collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation
