Key Responsibilities

Manage cross-team headcount & requisition tracking
Prepare Hiring Committee candidate packets
Support internal transfers and mobility
Analyze staffing data & hiring trends
Partner with hiring managers & business leaders
Build and manage candidate pipelines
Negotiate offers with compensation partners
Drive DEI recruiting initiatives
Improve recruiting processes and workflows
