Service Desk Personnel

Description:
As a Service Desk Personnel, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users in a fast-paced IT environment. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of calls (up to 30 per day) in an IT call center environment
- Provide printer administration and troubleshooting support
- Manage Active Directory, including navigating OUs, looking up attributes, resetting passwords, and unlocking accounts
- Support iOS devices, including setting up new phones/iPads, resetting iTunes accounts, and backing up/restoring device data
- Facilitate video conferencing using Cisco WebEx, MS Teams, and Cisco Presence video solutions
- Troubleshoot network issues, including internal vs external connectivity, VPN, LTE, and WiFi
- Assist with application troubleshooting, account permissions, compatibility settings, and browser vs installed applications
- Provide remote support using tools such as MSRA, RDP, Teams, and Webex
- Deploy hardware and manage tickets in ServiceNow
