Role Overview
We are seeking a Workday Prism Architect to provide strategic guidance and leading practice perspectives on Workday reporting tools, capabilities, and development approaches. This role involves managing the day-to-day workstream and ensuring the quality of deliverables from offshore developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on Workday reporting tools and development.
- Design Prism use-cases.
- Manage the day-to-day project workstream.
- Perform quality assurance and manage an offshore developer.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Successful completion of two full lifecycle implementations with Workday Prism, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism and Workday Reporting.
