Software Development EngineerOverviewWe're looking for a talented Software Development Engineer to help design and build cloud-native compliance solutions. In this role, you'll work with modern AWS technologies to develop secure, scalable tools that support critical compliance and data governance initiatives.

What You'll Do- Design, develop, and maintain compliance tools using AWS services
- Build and integrate solutions across AWS platforms, including services such as S3, DynamoDB, IAM, KMS, and others
- Implement secure data handling and encryption practices using AWS security frameworks
- Develop and enhance natural language processing workflows using services like AWS Translate and Comprehend
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
What You BringRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with AWS services, including:
- Amazon S3
- Amazon DynamoDB
- AWS KMS
- AWS IAM
- Amazon Q Business (or similar tools)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred)
- Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering features with measurable impact
Nice to Have- Experience with additional AWS services such as Amazon Connect
- Familiarity with AWS Translate and AWS Comprehend
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and production systems
- Background in serverless architecture
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities
