Job Title: Change Management Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Change Management Analyst to support the organization's enterprise IT Change Management program. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of IT changes within ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with ITIL change management processes, coordinating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, and providing reporting and analytics to support leadership decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT operations, ITSM, or change management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams while ensuring governance and process compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2 4 years of experience in IT Operations, IT Change Management, IT Service Management (ITSM), or a related discipline.
• ITIL Foundation Certification (required).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management modules.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management principles, governance processes, and CAB operations.
• Experience managing change requests, ensuring documentation quality, and maintaining process compliance.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for trend analysis, dashboards, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple technical and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CMDB, SQL, relational databases, or reporting pipelines.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software releases, patch management, and vulnerability management processes.

Work Environment

• 100% onsite position based in Irving (Dallas), TX.
• Occasional evening or weekend support may be required for emergency change approvals and critical deployments.
