Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager will lead the end to end delivery of software applications. Looking for true application project management experience not an infrastructure PM.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead the end to end delivery of a large, cross functional APPLICATIONS implementations to meet defined business objectives and value targets.
Provide direction, leadership, and inspiration to project team members across IT, business operations, and vendor implementation teams (if applicable)
Serve as the primary driver of project execution, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations.
Maintain project transparency and alignment with executive sponsors, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage the external implementation vendors responsible for deploying applications according to contractual commitments, project timelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate across internal business owners, technical teams, and vendors to ensure requirements, integrations, and configurations meet the client's needs.
Act as a liaison between vendors and internal IT, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and data governance standards.
Lead stakeholder discussions to scope, estimate, prioritize, and plan phases
Project Operations
Drive all aspects of project planning and execution, including:
o Defining scope, functional acceptance criteria, and implementation milestones
o Building and maintaining schedule and resource plans
o Budget development, tracking, and forecasting
o Risk and issue identification, mitigation, and resolution
o Cross team communications and executive reporting
o Organizational readiness, training planning, and change adoption
Coordinate matrixed teams consisting of internal employees, contractors, and third party vendor resources.
Solution Delivery & Business Readiness
Oversee requirements gathering, solution design sessions, configuration validation, integrations, testing cycles (UAT, SIT), cutover planning, and go live readiness
Ensure alignment between applications deployment choices and broader enterprise landscape.
Support the development of training materials, communication plans, and change management activities required for a smooth adoption of applications
Governance, Process, and Documentation
Ensure all project artifacts-including design documents, test plans, RACI, change controls, and project health metrics-are maintained to internal standards.
Manage all aspects of vendor lifecycle activities, including RFP/RFQ processes, resourcing, performance management, and quality oversight.
Contribute to improving internal PMO processes and project delivery methodologies.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $80.00/hr.
