Key Responsibilities



  • Develop, implement, and optimise AI models and algorithms aligned with project requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration into existing systems

  • Analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making processes

  • Ensure the robustness and scalability of AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in artificial intelligence and machine learning

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance AI capabilities across the organisation



Essential Skills & Experience



  • Proven experience in building and deploying AI and machine learning models

  • Strong programming skills in relevant languages such as Python, R, or Java

  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis

  • Experience working with large datasets and data management practices

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field



Desirable Skills & Experience



  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision techniques

  • Prior exposure to deployment of AI solutions in production environments

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

  • Prior experience working within an innovative or fast-paced environment
