Description: Our client is currently seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst

Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.

Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand current processes, identify pain points, and gather information needed for solution development.

Partner with project sponsors and project managers to identify stakeholders and their responsibilities within the project.

Create clear and concise business requirement documents, user stories, and use cases that outline functional and non-functional requirements.

Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.

Create business process flows, user flows, journey flows, etc. to support the above.

Document stakeholders responsibilities, impacted areas and processes, and end user personas.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding.

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure that requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and that deliverables meet business needs.

Performs other duties as assigned

Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications:

1-3 years Business, IT, or related experience (required)

Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (required)

1-3 years Experience explaining technology concepts/decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Skills and Abilities

Basic understanding of system and software design and development

Strong knowledge of project management practices, process interviewing and mapping, and project scope documentation techniques.

Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze data and establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment; demonstrate flexibility and initiative; coordinate multiple activities and tasks.

Ability to use appropriate modeling techniques and build business cases.

Demonstrates effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrates highly effective interpersonal and collaboration skills; ability to bring multiple groups together to agree on project scopes and build consensus.

Skilled at planning, scheduling, and organizing work priorities; collaborating; identifying and implementing best practices

Self-led and able to seek out answers to questions by leveraging relationships and business/technical documentation; ability to ask questions to gather information and clarify requirements

Ability to exercise sound judgment; demonstrate flexibility and initiative; coordinate multiple activities and tasks

Knowledge of Microsoft systems: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
