OverviewWe are seeking a
Systems Engineer III to join an R& D team focused on developing
complex, end-to-end connected systems. This role involves working across
wearable devices, mobile applications, cloud platforms, and data pipelines.
The position requires applying
systems engineering principles across the full product lifecycle, with a strong focus on
verification and validation (V& V).
Key Responsibilities- Lead system integration planning and testing across hardware devices, mobile applications, cloud systems, and user interfaces
- Develop and execute verification & validation (V& V) plans, test protocols, and reports
- Perform systems modeling, requirements definition, and risk analysis
- Evaluate system performance, reliability, and data integrity across end-to-end workflows
- Act as a systems engineering subject matter expert, driving best practices throughout development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and quality teams
Requirements Required Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
- 5-8+ years of experience in systems engineering
- Experience working on complex systems involving hardware and software integration
- Strong background in:
- Verification & Validation (V& V)
- Requirements management
- Risk analysis / systems modeling
- Experience working in regulated or highly controlled environments is preferred
- Exposure to embedded systems, sensors, or electro-mechanical systems
- Familiarity with cloud systems, mobile applications, and data pipelines
Technical Skills- Python scripting
- REST APIs
- CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or similar)
- Strong debugging skills across hardware and software environments
- Experience with version control and testing tools (nice to have)
