Java/Python + HR application/integration experience.

Must-Have Qualifications

Strong hands-on Java and/or Python development experience.
Proven experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise application integrations.
Experience with at least one HR, HRIS, or Workforce Management application, such as:
- Workday
- Kronos / UKG
- Oracle HCM
- SAP SuccessFactors
- ADP
- PeopleSoft
Strong SQL and database development/querying experience.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting, monitoring, and supporting production integrations.
Experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HR application integrations and data interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Experience with Python scripting and application development.
Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, including:
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- RaaS (Report-as-a-Service)
- Workday REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with Kronos / UKG integrations.
Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, and XSLT.
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.
Experience working in enterprise production environments, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and integration monitoring.
