MUST HAVE: PCB SOLDERING experience and IPC Certification Is must

Job Description:

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of electronic and mechanical assemblies
• Hands-on experience with PCB soldering and electromechanical assembly, including soldering, wire crimping, and cable builds
• Experience installing and removing BGA components using specialized equipment
• Familiarity with X-ray inspection methods & acceptance criteria
• IPC-A-610 and IPC 7711/7721 certification
• Demonstrated ability to debug and repair electrical and mechanical systems
• Understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, demanding environments
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated hardware environments (preferred)
• Background working with batteries and battery assemblies
• Soldering certification (highly preferred)
• Familiarity with Altium or similar PCB design tools is preferred
