What you'll do
  • Identify and develop new applications for coatings, composite repair, and structural reinforcement technologies.
  • Lead engineering improvement projects focused on efficiency, standardization, and quality.
  • Support testing, validation, and field demonstration programs for new applications.
  • Develop technical documentation, design guides, and application procedures.
  • Support strategic sales opportunities with advanced technical expertise.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects between Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Software teams.
  • Assist in evaluating emerging technologies and market opportunities.
  • Mentor engineers and support onboarding and technical training initiatives.
  • Help maintain engineering best practices, standards, and knowledge management systems.
  • Serve as a technical resource for complex customer applications and engineering challenges.
What makes you a good fit
  • Engineering degree in Mechanical, Structural, Materials, Chemical, or a related discipline, with strong technical problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience supporting industrial products, engineered solutions, coatings, composites, asset integrity, or related technologies.
  • Ability to develop and implement new applications for existing products and technologies.
  • Experience leading technical projects and coordinating activities across engineering, sales, operations, and other functional teams.
  • Familiarity with engineering testing, validation, field trials, and technical documentation.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex customer and engineering challenges.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, standardization, and consistency.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to customers, sales teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable mentoring peers, supporting technical training, and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities while driving projects to completion.

The salary rangefor this role is $110,000.00 and $130,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills,experience, education, training, and work location. This posting is intended tocomply with all applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
