Role : Cloud Architect
Location: Remote
Experience: 15 30 years | 10 25 years in AWS Cloud & DevOps
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Architecture & Strategy
- Define and drive overall AWS cloud architecture strategy for client engagements.
- Perform AWS Landing Zone and Cloud Foundation Assessments to ensure readiness, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Create scalable, secure, highavailability cloud architectures aligned with client business goals.
Cloud Migration Leadership
Lead migration programs using:
- Cloud Migration Factory
- AWS Application Migration Service (MGN)
- AWS Database Migration Service (DMS)
- AWS DataSync
Conduct portfolio and wave planning with tools like ModelizeIT, including:
- Application assessment
- Dependency mapping
- Migration wave planning
DevOps & Automation
- Integrate DevOps practices into cloud architectures to enable seamless CI/CD pipelines.
- Advocate and implement automation for deployment, monitoring, IaC, and cloud operations.
- Use tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and modern automation frameworks.
Client Engagement & Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor offering expert guidance on modern cloud trends and best practices.
- Lead technical discussions, workshops, and presentations with internal and client teams.
- Facilitate group sessions, manage crossfunctional teams, and deliver architectural recommendations with clarity and impact.
- Create models and graphical abstractions based on The Enterprise Framework .
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 15 20 years of overall IT experience, with 8 10+ years in cloud architecture & DevOps.
- Proven expertise with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud architecture.
- Strong background in DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience in onpremise to AWS cloud migration.
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master s degree in a related field.
- Relevant certifications: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, DevOps.
- Consulting environment experience.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in automation tools for infrastructure provisioning & configuration management.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
