Summary

Job Title: Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Pega v24+ with AI Exposure
Experience: 12 18+ years overall | 8 10+ years of Pega
Location: Manhattan, NYC (3 days onsite) OR Clinton, NJ
Work Model: Hybrid
Duration: 10 months (Contract)
Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to design and lead enterprisescale Pega solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Pega architecture, AI/Decisioning, integrations, and Agile delivery, along with the ability to mentor teams and drive highquality implementations.
Responsibilities
  • Lead endtoend Pega architecture, design, and delivery
  • Ensure solutions follow Pega guardrails and best practices
  • Architect case management, decisioning (NBA), and AI-driven solutions
  • Design and manage REST/SOAP integrations
  • Guide data modeling, data pages, and performance optimization
  • Mentor Pega developers and conduct design/code reviews
  • Act as technical lead in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Support production issues and rootcause analysis
  • Promote API testing and test automation

Required Skills:

  • Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) mandatory
  • Strong experience with Pega PRPC, architecture, and governance
  • Pega AI / Decisioning / Optimization
  • Oracle Database and advanced SQL
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Postman for API testing
  • MABL for test automation
  • Agile/Scrum, Jira

Nice to have

  • Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Healthcare
  • Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps
  • Cloud experience (AWS or Azure)
  • Experience with large enterprise transformation programs
