The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is seeking a high-energy, growth-minded Regional Sales Executive to dominate and expand a vital industrial territory across Southern Texas. This high-impact role is designed for a strategic hunter who thrives on autonomy and wants to represent a premier leader in custom manufacturing.

By delivering tailored, high-value containment and logistics solutions to a bustling corridor of diverse clients, you will directly influence regional market share and drive substantial revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate a robust pipeline of new business across the manufacturing, logistics, and distribution sectors within the Southern Texas region through relentless prospecting.

  • Architect customized corrugated engineering and packaging strategies that align precisely with client operational workflows, technical specifications, and budgetary goals.

  • Champion the entire business development lifecycle, seamlessly executing lead generation, needs analysis, price quoting, deal closure, and long-term client retention.

  • Synthesize client requirements with internal design and manufacturing teams to ensure the seamless delivery of cost-efficient, custom-engineered products.

  • Maximize client engagement and brand loyalty by conducting regular, high-impact face-to-face consultations throughout the territory and surrounding industrial hubs.

  • Formulate comprehensive RFPs/RFQs, targeted pricing models, and strategic product presentations tailored to sophisticated buyers.

  • Forecast commercial data, pipeline metrics, and territory milestones with precision utilizing advanced CRM platforms.

  • Analyze localized market dynamics, competitor movements, and emerging vertical trends across energy, food production, and heavy industrial manufacturing.

What You Bring

  • Proven Domain Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of dedicated B2B sales experience within the packaging industry, with a mandatory and verifiable track record in corrugated solutions.

  • Territory Command: Demonstrated success acquiring new corporate accounts and building an active portfolio specifically within the Southern Texas commercial market.

  • Value-Based Selling Focus: A sophisticated understanding of custom-engineered solutions versus commoditized transactions.

  • Established Local Network: Pre-existing professional connections within industrial, warehousing, or manufacturing sectors in major Southern Texas metros is highly advantageous.

  • Autonomous Drive: An aggressive, self-starting "hunter" mentality with the discipline to manage a complex geographical territory independently.

  • Commercial Acumen: Elite communication, contract negotiation, and executive-level closing capabilities.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skillfulness with modern CRM software and the standard Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Educational Foundation: A Bachelor''s degree is highly preferred, though equivalent industry experience will be considered.

Compensation & Total Rewards

  • Core Compensation: Highly competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with regional market experience and industry track record.

  • Performance & Equity Incentives: Uncapped commission structure that directly rewards new business acquisition and territory growth.

  • Health & Wellness Perks: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance packages, alongside integrated mental health and wellness support systems.

  • Future Planning: Structured retirement planning with a company-matched 401(k) program, corporate life insurance policies, and potential educational assistance.

  • Work-Life Balance: Generous paid time off (PTO) allocation, comprehensive parental leave programs, and the field-based flexibility required to effectively manage your territory.
