Summary

The Install TeamLeadoversees and supports a team ofTemporaryInstall Team Membersduring a 13-week traveling installation program within grocery retail accounts. This roleis responsible forcoordinating in-store merchandising setups, including the installation of hardware and initial product placement for an impulse clip strip program. The position requires regular travel within an assigned territory, adherence to a structured schedule, and direct supervision of team members to ensure consistent execution.This role is temporary with the potential to become a permanent positionat the conclusion of the installation program, dependent upon performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of merchandising install team members across assigned grocery retail locations
  • Coordinate daily schedules, assignments, and travellogisticsto ensuretimelycompletion of installations
  • Oversee installation of merchandising hardware, including clip strips and related display components
  • Ensureaccurateand consistent execution of product placement according to planograms and company standards
  • Conduct on-site quality checks to confirm displays are secure, compliant, and visually consistent
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, supervisors, and store personnel
  • Train and support team members on installation processes, tools, and reporting requirements
  • Monitor team performance and provide real-time feedbackand issue resolution in the field
  • Complete and review required reporting, including photos and installation documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated installation or merchandising issues
  • Understand and demonstrate safe work practices at all times to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Comply withall company policies and procedures.
  • Regional travel to be expected within Southeast & Mid Atlantic areas of the Eastern United States
  • Complete special projects and otherduties asassigned by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Advanced attention to detail and ability to interpret and enforce merchandising standards
  • Solid mechanical aptitude for installing fixtures and hardware
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple locations and team members simultaneously
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues in real time
  • Ability to use manual and power tools
  • Proficiencywith mobile reporting tools or ability to learn quickly

Experience and Credentials

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experiencerequired
  • Must be 18 or older
  • 1 to 2 yearspreviousmerchandising, grocery,or retail sales experience preferred
  • Prior experience leading teams, supervising field staff, or coordinating projects preferred
  • Ability to use manual and power tools
  • Flexible availability to accommodate schedule requirements during the 13-week program
  • Ability tomove,lift, push, pull, and carryup to50poundsconstantlyand be on feet for 3 to 8 hoursconsecutively
  • Must haveand usereliable transportation
  • Mustpossessand producea valid state driver?s license with proof of current automobile insurancecoverage, unlessutilizingother means of transportation
  • Must have access to and be able to use a smartphone capable of runningand usingthe required applicable company-relatedsoftwareprogramsand business tasks like ordering, GPS tracking, and time recording.
  • Must be computer literate and able tooperatea smartphone or tabletutilizingdifferent applications andtheinternet for company business, like ordering GPS tracking, and time recording
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand English isrequired
  • Pay - $20-22/HR
