Position Overview

We are seeking 2 experienced CMS/WCMS Architects/SMEs to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative for Ally Bank. The ideal candidates will have deep expertise in modern Content Management Systems, particularly Drupal and Contentstack, along with proven experience leading Sitecore-to-Contentstack migration projects.

This role requires strong architectural capabilities, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and client leadership to drive successful content modernization initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Drupal CMS
• Strong expertise in Contentstack CMS
• Proven experience with Sitecore to Contentstack migration projects
• Good understanding of React.js and modern UI development practices
• Experience working on enterprise-scale CMS/WCMS implementations
• Strong knowledge of content modeling, content governance, and digital content strategies
• Experience with content migration planning, execution, and optimization
• Ability to define architecture, standards, and best practices for CMS platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience in CMS/WCMS Architecture and Solution Design
• Experience leading enterprise content modernization and digital transformation programs
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Strong client-facing and consulting experience
• Experience defining migration strategies, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise CMS/WCMS solutions using Drupal and Contentstack
• Lead and support migration initiatives from Sitecore to Contentstack
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand content management requirements
• Define content architecture, content models, taxonomy, and governance standards
• Work closely with UI/UX and React development teams to deliver scalable digital experiences
• Establish best practices, coding standards, and implementation guidelines
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for platform optimization
• Support project teams throughout planning, implementation, testing, and deployment phases
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for CMS modernization initiatives

Required Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of CMS/WCMS architecture experience
• Multiple enterprise implementations involving Drupal and/or Contentstack
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore migration projects
• Experience working in large enterprise environments and client-facing roles
