Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Architect to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise-scale digital experience platforms. This role will be responsible for defining architecture standards, driving modernization initiatives, enabling AI-powered customer experiences, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Sitecore-based Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), ensuring alignment with business goals, digital strategy, and enterprise architecture standards.
Define solution architectures leveraging Sitecore, Microsoft Azure, React, Next.js, headless CMS, composable architecture, APIs, microservices, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
Drive digital platform modernization initiatives, including migration to Sitecore XM Cloud, cloud-native architectures, and composable digital experience solutions.
Establish architecture standards, reference architectures, governance practices, and development best practices for Sitecore and related digital experience technologies.
Design and implement AI-powered digital experiences, personalization strategies, customer engagement capabilities, content delivery solutions, and omnichannel customer journeys using Sitecore ecosystem capabilities.
Provide architectural leadership for enterprise DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, automated testing, deployment automation, release management, and platform engineering.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, UX teams, developers, and executive leadership to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
Support enterprise data architecture, analytics, customer insights, personalization, reporting, and AI-driven decision-making capabilities while mentoring development teams and solution architects on architecture best practices, innovation, and technical excellence.
Provide architectural oversight for enterprise search, Digital Asset Management (DAM), consent management, analytics, personalization platforms, and integrations across the digital ecosystem.
Required Skills
Strong experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale Sitecore solutions, Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), and customer-facing web applications.
Expertise in Sitecore, Microsoft Azure, React, Next.js, headless CMS architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud-native architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, data architecture, analytics, enterprise integrations, and modern software delivery practices.
