Location: Richmond, VA hybrid role

Duration: 12 Months

Rate: $40/hr. on Corp Corp All Inc

Job Description:

Coordinate procurement projects from intake through completion,by tracking milestones, scheduling meetings, and documenting decisions and action items Required 3 years

Serve as a central point of contact for internal departments, procurement staff, and suppliers, providing timely updates and follow-up. Required 3 years

Manage procurement intake process to include review,prioritizing, &routing requests to procurement resource after discussion with Procurement Director Required 3 years

Track project status, deadlines, dependencies, and risks using SharePoint Required 3 years

Help develop and implement SharePoint tool for tracking intake and status Required 3 years

Experience coordinating projects, processes, or administrative operations, preferably in procurement or a related business function. Required 3 years

Demonstrated ability to organize information and create tools that improve visibility, accountability, and workflow management Required 3 years

Strong attention to detail and follow-through Required 3 years

Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with Procurement Director Required 3 years
