Senior RSA IGL & SecurID Architect /Engineer & Implementation Lead - IAM

Role Overview: This role will serve as the primary expert for our Identity Governance and Access Management ( IAM ) ecosystem. This position requires a blend of strategic architectural vision and deep technical "under-the-hood" implementation skills. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of both the RSA Governance & Lifecycle (IGL) and RSA SecurID (Access/Cloud) platforms from gathering business requirements and designing scalable governance frameworks to hands-on configuration of collectors, connectors, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on experience in IAM, with experience in RSA Governance & Lifecycle (formerly Via/ Aveksa) and RSA SecurID.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL is essential for data collection and reporting. Strong scripting skills in Java or JavaScript are required for custom workflow nodes and AFX connectors.
- Protocols: Deep mastery of identity standards: SAML 2.0, RADIUS, LDAP, OAuth, and RESTful APIs.
- Infrastructure: Solid experience with Linux/Unix administration, WebLogic/WildFly application servers, and Oracle/SQL Server databases.
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to translate complex business compliance requirements into technical specs and lead discussions with both audit and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Architectural Strategy & Design:
- Define the target solution architecture for RSA IGL and SecurID (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid) including high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery planning.
- Design complex identity governance workflows, including automated joiner/mover/leaver (JML) processes and access certification campaigns.
- Create detailed technical blueprints and data models for identity warehouses, ensuring seamless integration between RSA IGL and SecurID Access.
Hands-on Implementation:
- Install, configure, and customize the RSA IGL platform, including AFX (Access Fulfillment Express), database connectors, and specialized collectors.
- Deploy and manage the RSA SecurID suite, including Identity Routers (IDR), Authentication Manager, and modern MFA (Push, FIDO, Biometrics).
- Develop custom SQL queries, Java-based web services, or specialized scripts to handle complex data transformations and automated provisioning to target systems.
- Integrate RSA solutions with enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow) and cloud providers (AWS, Azure) using SAML, RADIUS, and REST APIs.
Platform Engineering & Operations:
- Build and maintain automated deployment processes for RSA configurations and perform regular patch management and version upgrades.
- Perform performance tuning, database optimization, and root cause analysis for complex synchronization or authentication issues.
- Manage technical SDLC documentation, including architecture diagrams, governance policy manuals, and operational runbooks.
Preferred Certifications
RSA Certified Administrator (Governance & Lifecycle).
RSA Certified Administrator (SecurID Access).
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
CISA or CISM is a significant plus.
