Test Automation Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA - Onsite - 4 Days work from office (Mon - Thu) F2F interview MUST for client round

Mandatory Skills: Java, Selenium, TestNG, Automation needs to be strong, Project Experience from Banking, Financial B2B experience, Lead experience is MUST, Individual contribution role, CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT Hub, Jira, QA life cycle testing, Play-wright, API, Financial services domain experience (payments, lending, compliance),
Testing tools: Jira, Jenkins, Q-Test
Tech Stack: Java Selenium TestNG JUnit CI/CD
Key Responsibilities
- Architect enterprise test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit
- Lead and mentor QA automation teams; establish standards and best practices
- Develop comprehensive automated test suites for functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing
- Drive CI/CD testing strategies, test optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead QA process improvements and champion quality-first culture across organization
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10 years test automation and QA engineering with proven leadership/lead experience
- Expert-level Java programming with strong OOP and design patterns
- Proven track record building test automation frameworks from scratch
- Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI) expertise
- Financial services domain experience (payments, lending, compliance)
- Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and communication abilities
- On-site availability
- Experience with multiple automation tools (Play-wright, Katalon, Cypress, or similar)
