Overview

Seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager with strong Business Analysis skills to lead strategic mobile, web, and enterprise technology initiatives. This role will partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive projects from requirements through delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mobile and web application projects, including enhancements, integrations, and platform modernization efforts.
• Partner with C-level executives and business leaders to define priorities, roadmaps, success metrics, and project goals.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements workshops, and executive status updates.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource coordination.
• Collaborate with development, API, database, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Drive Agile delivery processes including backlog management, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital projects involving mobile, web, and enterprise applications.
• Strong Business Analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and managing high visibility initiatives.
• Proven success managing budgets, schedules, scope, and cross functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience with customer facing digital products, mobile apps, or eCommerce platforms.
• Background supporting digital transformation or large scale technology initiatives.
