Job Title: Java Developer Role
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12-18 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM EST
Must Have Skills
7+ years of hands-on Java Development experience
Strong OOPs fundamentals
Experience building APIs using Spring Boot
Strong Oracle Development skills
Advanced PL/SQL expertise (must be able to write procedures independently)
Preferred Skills
Financial Services domain experience
Strong database knowledge (Oracle preferred)
CI/CD and DevOps fundamentals
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $58 - $63 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
