Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for manufacturing applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with production software and hardware.
• Develop and implement improvements to existing manufacturing processes and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for new applications.
• Configure and customize manufacturing execution systems (MES) and related software.
• Perform system testing and validation for new application deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for manufacturing applications.
• Train end-users on new applications and system functionalities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in applications engineering, technical sales, or field support within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial control systems.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical solutions to complex customer challenges.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other relevant engineering tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLM/PDM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill)
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP)
• Knowledge of robotics programming or simulation software
• Understanding of manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
