SummaryMS Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for facility electrical power systems. This role ensures safe, reliable, and compliant electrical systems across the facility while supporting new equipment integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities- Oversee design, installation, and maintenance of facility electrical power systems (480V/240V distribution, switchgear, MCCs, UPS, generators).
- Own electrical standards, safety compliance (NEC, NFPA 70E, UL, CE), and documentation.
- Partner with Facilities, Manufacturing, and Automation teams on equipment installations and upgrades.
- Lead root-cause analysis for electrical failures, downtime events, and equipment reliability issues.
- Ensure electrical schematics, wiring diagrams are maintained and updated.
- Manage external contractors, integrators, and vendors as required.
- Drive continuous improvement in power reliability, energy efficiency, and electrical safety.
- Provide capital project support including scope development, design review, and commissioning.
- Serve as Electrical Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design and development.
- Strong knowledge of electrical standards, safety compliance (NEC, NFPA 70E, UL, CE), and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in manufacturing or nuclear industry.
- Project management experience
- Active Q clearance
