Summary

Summary
MS Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for facility electrical power systems. This role ensures safe, reliable, and compliant electrical systems across the facility while supporting new equipment integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee design, installation, and maintenance of facility electrical power systems (480V/240V distribution, switchgear, MCCs, UPS, generators).
  • Own electrical standards, safety compliance (NEC, NFPA 70E, UL, CE), and documentation.
  • Partner with Facilities, Manufacturing, and Automation teams on equipment installations and upgrades.
  • Lead root-cause analysis for electrical failures, downtime events, and equipment reliability issues.
  • Ensure electrical schematics, wiring diagrams are maintained and updated.
  • Manage external contractors, integrators, and vendors as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement in power reliability, energy efficiency, and electrical safety.
  • Provide capital project support including scope development, design review, and commissioning.
  • Serve as Electrical Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in power electronics design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical standards, safety compliance (NEC, NFPA 70E, UL, CE), and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing or nuclear industry.
  • Project management experience
  • Active Q clearance
