Job Description / Responsibilities

Involve in various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and work in a highly dynamic Agile environment
Hands-on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes experience
Experience in development leveraging GitHub Copilot and Claude Code
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues
Adds value to team delivery and works with team to complete tasks to high quality, and actively learns new skills

Required Skills

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
12+ years of software development experience
Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes, Spring Security
Very strong in Kafka
Self-learner; takes ownership of deliverables without micromanagement
Proficiency in using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot for development
Good experience in SQL, Oracle DB, performance tuning
Build and deployment tools like Jenkins
Strong communication skills and experience delivering projects in Scrum Agile methodology
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented

Preferred Skills

Banking domain knowledge
Knowledge of banking ISO / SWIFT standards
