Technical Business Analyst (Solutions and Planning)

This role focuses on finding a Technical Business Analyst, or Solutions/Planning Engineer, who can effectively bridge the gap between complex planning processes and IT solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with various business units, including Engineering, Marketing, and Accounting, to translate business requirements into efficient software workflows. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern IT tools, particularly those related to artificial intelligence, in a flexible and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multiple business units to understand and document their planning processes and requirements.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable software workflows that enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize strong SQL skills to query databases and extract meaningful insights to support decision-making.
• Leverage modern IT tools and AI technologies to improve the planning and execution of business strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment between IT solutions and high-level business strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong SQL knowledge and experience querying databases, demonstrating the ability to extract and manipulate data effectively.
• Experience in planning processes across diverse business units, showcasing adaptability and versatility in different environments.
• Proficiency with modern business IT tools, particularly those related to artificial intelligence, to enhance operational workflows.
• Ability to understand high-level business strategy and align technical solutions accordingly, contributing to overall business goals.
• Upstream O&G experience
