ServiceNow Lead Consultant
contract Role
Must have CIS Certificate ITSM
Lead level ITSM TC to support below activites. Must be a strong communicator. This should average 32 hrs a week.
What: Experienced developer to support ITSM worksteam including Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog, Knowledge, VA, and Now Assist.
Start: Asap. This role will immediately start begin exectution of ready stories for development that is currently sprinting.
Customer Timezone: PST
Preferred Resource Timezone: PST or CST
Location Requirement: U.S. based resources only ( and CONFIRMED)
Onsite: No onsite workshop presence required
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform configuration and remediation activities
- Support go-live activities and provide hypercare post-deployment
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to ensure stability and continuous improvement of ITSM processes
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog, Knowledge)
- Experience with Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, remediate, and optimize configurations
- Experience supporting go-live and hypercare phases
- 3+ Years Hands on in the above with required current certifications
