Hiring: Senior Applications Analyst – Oracle Payroll Cloud

We are seeking an experienced Senior Applications Analyst / Oracle HCM Solution Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Payroll Cloud, Benefits, Absence Management, and OTL (Oracle Time & Labor).
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead solution design and implementation for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll-related modules
• Configure and support Oracle Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and OTL modules
• Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, VBS Personalizations, and Payslip Templates
• Drive end-to-end ownership of Payroll solutions and system enhancements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions for complex business requirements
• Create functional specifications, use cases, test cases, and support all SDLC testing phases (FIT/SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, DR)
Required Skills:
Strong Oracle Payroll Cloud implementation experience
Expertise in Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and OTL configurations
Experience with Oracle Redwood UI and VBS Personalization
Knowledge of legislative and regulatory payroll requirements
Query writing, data validation, and reporting experience
Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
Jira experience is a plus
