As a vital contributor to our client''s expansion, you will architect and execute the strategic vision required to secure major initiatives across the U.S. Military landscape, focusing deeply on defense modernization and Army programs. This position empowers you to design multi-year growth engines, shape competitive positioning frameworks from inception, and deliver a profound impact on national security capabilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive pipeline expansion across the U.S. Military market, utilizing deep defense sector insights to uncover and mature new Army and broader service branch opportunities.

  • Champion the end-to-end capture process by engineering comprehensive tactical blueprints to win high-value defense contracts.

  • Synthesize market intelligence and rival capabilities to construct sophisticated, predictive counter-strategies and campaign methodologies.

  • Cultivate enduring, high-level alliances with defense stakeholders, ensuring solutions align perfectly with evolving military prerequisites.

  • Maximize long-range organizational growth by actively contributing to the formulation and execution of multi-year corporate roadmaps.

  • Navigate frequent domestic travel requirements to engage directly with critical customers and decentralized field teams.

What You Bring

  • Maximize a proven track record of 10 to 15 years of specialized expertise in defense sector growth and program cultivation.

  • Demonstrate a history of securing large-scale contract victories and expanding corporate market shares within government spaces.

  • Engage established networks of senior decision-makers and key program personnel throughout defense organizations.

  • Architect comprehensive deal-shaping frameworks, complex industry partnerships, and winning proposal strategies.

  • Formulate structured customer engagement plans and corporate portfolio enhancement campaigns.

  • Master deep expertise regarding Government Contracting, Acquisition Trends, and federal procurement methodologies.

  • Exhibit elite written and verbal communication talents, with a polished ability to deliver compelling presentations to executive boards.

  • Possess mandatory U.S. Citizenship alongside an active or readily reinstatable federal security clearance.

Compensation & Total Rewards

  • Annual Base Salary: $180,000 – $200,000

  • Employment Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire
