Summary

ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Experience: 8+ Years | Location: Remote

8+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management.
Experience configuring Discovery, MID Servers, and infrastructure integrations.
Strong knowledge of CMDB data models, relationships, and data reconciliation.
Experience developing ServiceNow scripts, business rules, workflows, and automation using JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or SolarWinds.
ServiceNow CSA/CIS-ITOM certification preferred; experience in enterprise ITOM implementations is a plus.
