RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Denver, CO.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Fabric Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of enterprise data and analytics initiatives. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, resources, risks, stakeholder communications, and delivery activities associated with Microsoft Fabric platform implementations and source-system onboarding efforts.

The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, architects, engineers, security teams, and leadership. This individual will drive execution, ensure alignment across workstreams, and support successful delivery of data integration and analytics projects while maintaining strong governance, communication, and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery activities for Microsoft Fabric initiatives
* Coordinate architecture, engineering, security, and business stakeholders across multiple workstreams
* Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, steering committees, and stakeholder communications
* Track project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
* Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of objectives and milestones
* Support source-system onboarding efforts by coordinating resources, timelines, and cross-functional activities
* Manage project documentation, reporting, and governance processes
* Escalate project risks and roadblocks while driving issue resolution
* Coordinate testing, deployment, training, and knowledge-transfer activities
* Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions, and project deliverables
* Support vendor coordination, resource planning, and budget tracking as needed
* Promote continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team collaboration

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience managing technology, data, analytics, or enterprise platform projects
* Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams
* Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
* Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational abilities
* Experience using project management and collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting Microsoft Fabric, Azure, data platform, or analytics initiatives
* PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification
* Experience coordinating data integration, cloud, or enterprise technology projects
* Familiarity with governance, change management, and organizational readiness activities

This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who excels at coordinating complex technology initiatives, aligning diverse stakeholders, and delivering successful data and analytics projects from initiation through completion.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
