Role Overview:
We are seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to help large enterprises adopt AI-powered customer experience solutions using Genesys Cloud. This role partners with business leaders, architects, and technical teams to design, demonstrate, and implement customer experience transformation strategies that improve customer and employee outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to identify business challenges and define measurable outcomes.
• Drive AI proof-of-concepts (POCs), trials, and adoption initiatives for Genesys AI solutions.
• Design and deliver customized solution demonstrations aligned with customer objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and technical teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Partners to develop winning customer strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation, opportunity tracking, and customer engagement records.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, Customer Experience (CX), or Enterprise Technology Consulting.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading workshops, discovery sessions, and customer strategy discussions.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, conversational technologies, or customer experience platforms.
• Understanding of cloud technologies, networking, security, databases, and enterprise software architecture.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience maintaining CRM records and sales engagement documentation.

Preferred Background:

• Enterprise customer engagement experience.
• Familiarity with Genesys Cloud or similar CX/contact center platforms.
• Strong interest in AI-driven customer experience transformation.
