Job DetailsWe are seeking a Senior Security Engineer to support enterprise security operations and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated environment. This role is hands-on, senior-level, and focused on protecting mission-critical systems that support large-scale power generation.
What You'll Do
- Deploy, manage, and monitor enterprise security tools and controls
- Support NERC CIP compliance, including documentation, audits, and remediation
- Maintain and secure access control and monitoring systems (EACMS)
- Conduct vulnerability management, threat hunting, and incident response
- Review logs, investigate anomalies, and implement corrective actions
- Partner with IT and business teams to deliver practical security solutions
What You Bring
- 10+ years in IT / systems engineering
- 5-7 years focused on cybersecurity
- CISSP or CCSP required
- Experience with security platforms such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, NGFW
- Strong understanding of IAM (OAuth, SAML, RBAC/ABAC)
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001/27002, CIS
- Proven experience supporting audits and regulated environments
Nice to Have
- AWS security tooling
- CrowdStrike, CyberArk
- Identity platforms (Okta, Entra ID)
