Job Title: PLM Engineer – Aras Innovator

Location: US (Massachusetts preferred) / Remote Available

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PLM Engineer with strong expertise in Aras Innovator to support the design, configuration, customization, and integration of enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing PLM applications, enhancing system capabilities, and supporting business processes across engineering and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize solutions within the Aras Innovator platform
Develop and maintain PLM data models, workflows, and lifecycle processes
Manage and support BOM (Bill of Materials) and change management processes (ECR/ECO)
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability
Develop integrations between PLM systems and enterprise platforms such as ERP and CAD systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and IT
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure best practices in PLM implementation, data governance, and system performance

Required Qualifications

10+ years of overall PLM experience
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Aras Innovator
Strong experience in PLM configuration, customization, and administration
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server
Solid understanding of PLM processes including BOM management and change management (ECR/ECO)
Experience integrating PLM with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
