Technical Project Manager / Asset Tagging Project Lead
Remote (Irving, TX 75039)
Contract: 12+ Months (Only W2 contract)
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a large-scale asset tagging and tracking initiative. This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project execution, resolving issues, and ensuring project milestones are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of an enterprise asset tagging project from planning through completion.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure project goals, timelines, and deliverables are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, task assignments, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including IT, Operations, Facilities, Asset Management, and external vendors.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed according to plan.
  • Identify risks, issues, and roadblocks and drive timely resolution.
  • Provide regular project updates, status reports, and executive-level summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and governance requirements.
  • Support leadership with project reviews, planning discussions, and decision-making materials.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience leading technical or operational projects in a complex environment.
  • Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience tracking project risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with asset management, infrastructure, facilities, inventory tracking, or similar projects is preferred.
